Adi and Matt. I think one of my favorite things about the wedding was the way Matt spoke about, took care of and stood in awe of Adi. You can truly tell he adores her (good job raising a awesome son!) Despite the weather report, 10.10.10 smiled on Adi and Matt. The rain broke, however, I didn't see one dry eye in the audience during the wedding or the wedding toasts! It was a event filled with family and friends.

Matt's family is responsible for many of the new modern buildings around downtown Portland, lucky for us we were able to have access to CYAN - conveniently across from the church in which the couple was getting married at... the same church the bride's parents were married at years ago. There were so, so many little sentimental details sprinkled throughout their wedding. A few of my favorites were getting ready moments, communion during the ceremony, guest paparazzi at the bottom of the church stairs directly after the ceremony, the tender moments alone as husband and wife, the private streetcar, the double level reception area, and the dancing... can't forget the dancing!

A list of amazing vendors that put the show on. Without them it wouldn't be a party!

How did you get so high up for the birds eye view shots? Those are cool! I like the bw portrait of her with the nice window light.

All of the photos are amazing! But my favorite is probably the stunning view from high above the church with the couple standing out front. That is REALLY neat! The B&W image of the bride & groom kissing on the MAXX is also super fun! A close second in my favorites category! :)

Seriously stunning Melissa. What a gorgeous wedding, and couple! I don't know how you took the photo looking over the edge down at the church. I can feel my feet tingling just looking at it!

thanks for the love! ok, i was able to get the birds eye view because the bride got ready in the penthouse of CYAN PDX directly across the street. Same with the grooms men. one of the dudes live in one of the spaces there. pretty unusual, uh! one of my favorites.
